1. Notification of Infringement

2. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. A valid counter-notification must include the following:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact information including full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the United States, the jurisdiction of the federal courts located in the District of Delaware), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of such person.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If we do not receive notice from the complainant that they have filed an action to restrain the infringing activity within 10 to 14 business days, we will restore the material.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to our website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who violate our intellectual property policies.
